Hi!
In the next minute or so you will:
- Find out how one of our customers applied a sweet looking mod to their Mini Fairing.
- Get a little insight into what happens when you contact our Helpdesk.
- Be invited to share your experience of using Giant Loop luggage on our luggage racks.
I've coped and pasted a short conversation between Adam who heads up our Customer Services, and Brandon Lee, a customer from the USA.
We don't know Brandon, he just fired this over recently...

I just wanted to reach out and thank you for creating such great products! I have been putting them to the test the last few years in Colorado on a KTM 690, KTM 500, and this CRF300. I am so impressed!
We have a seven day trip coming up next month from Colorado to Moab, UT and back. The mini fairing is incredibly versatile for trips like these. Even better that I can just leave it for days on the trails.

Hi Brandon,
Thanks for getting in touch and such a great message! It's wonderful to hear when our kit is working well for people and to see great photos of the set ups people have on their bikes.
Can I ask what you have done to modify your screens? Have you put a tint on the Clear screen? It looks great.
We'd love to share your photos of your bike on our socials too to show people what's possible if that is ok?
I hope you have a great trip to the amazing Moab. I've watched many videos of the riding out there and it looks spectacular. I visited Colorado many years ago, and again, the scenery was stunning. I hope to get back there again one day.
Thanks again for taking the time to get in touch and sharing your photos and experience with us.
Happy riding!
Many thanks,
Adam

Hey Adam,
Thanks so much! It is a clear screen with a specific tint they put on plastic tail lights to “black them out”. Regular glass window tint won’t adhere to the plastic. A unexpected bonus is that it protects the screen from minor scratches. I run a switch, USB power outlet, and a GPS charging cable. It is nice to have a little tint to hide the wiring.
By the way, I am going to run a Giant Loop Rackless saddle bags on the trip next month. Have you had anyone run them on the 300 with your panniers racks by chance? I know it isn’t necessary, but I feel as if the racks would provide a little more support on the sides.
Take care,
Brandon
So, there you have it.
Can you help Brandon?
Hit reply with your Giant Loop experiences on our racks and we will forward them on.
In the meantime I'm off to chat to our factory about whether we can make a tinted screen.
